Shipping policy

We ship out all of our orders with Australia Post complete with item tracking.  On average Australia Post shipping is 5-7 business days.  As this is an average, sometimes items may arrive sooner and sometimes they may arrive later during busy peak periods.

Please note this excludes any processing/handling times.  If a product has processing/handling times, it will be noted on the product page.

We recommend ordering prior to December 12th if you would like your order to arrive before Christmas.

Please take the estimated shipping times into account before purchasing.  Please also note that these shipping times are estimates and due to variables in delivery times, and due to us no longer having control over the package once it is shipped out, we cannot guarantee exact shipping times.
